An American country music singer and songwriter, Naomi Judd is well known as half of The Judds singing duo with her daughter, Wynonna. They have had more than 20 top ten hits, and The Judds have won five Grammy Awards. She was born to Charles Glen Judd and Pauline. Naomi, an honor student who played piano at the local Baptist church. One of her first acting jobs was a small role (Girl on the Bus) in More American Graffiti in 1979.
